Tiger Electric Tow Tugs

At the Pulire cleaning exhibition in Italy, Anselm Verhagen discovered the Symber electric tow tug (later the Tiger 500). After touring the factory, he secured importing rights for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tiger 1000

Growing demand for more powerful electric tow tugs led to the introduction of the Tiger 1000 – stronger than its predecessor, but not quite powerful enough. In Italy, Anselm Verhagen found the Athena electric tow tug: robust, yet unattractive in design. In collaboration with an external manufacturer, he developed a more powerful electric tow tug to meet ever-increasing customer demand.

Tiger 2500 and 1500

Introduction of the Tiger 2500 (available with 2 kW, 3,2 kW and 4 kW motors), later followed by the Tiger 1500.

Tiger 1200

Verhagen Leiden began the fully in-house development of the Tiger 1200 stand-on model. This gives Verhagen maximum control over the design and quality of the machine, and builds up valuable expertise within its own technical team.

Tiger 1200

In 2005, the market was introduced to the Tiger 1200 stand-up electric forklift. A powerful and reliable solution that has since been used in a wide range of working environments.

Market introduction of V-move

Introduction of the V-move brand and the highly successful V-move XL. Since its launch, over 2,500 units have been sold.

V-move XXL

Introduction of the V-move XXL, a powerful walk-behind electric tow tug with towing capacities of 10, 15 and 20 tonnes. The 20-tonne model is capable of towing loads up to 11,000N.

Expansion

To meet the growing demand for V-move products, the production facility is being expanded. With demand on the rise and an ever-expanding product range, V-move is investing in additional production capacity to ensure that delivery times are maintained and the quality that customers have come to expect from the brand is guaranteed.

V-move XL+

Market introduction of the V-move XL+, the big brother in the V-move XL family. With its AC motor and robust drive system, it was designed for heavy-duty industrial toepassingen.

Trailer Mover

In collaboration with Knapen Trailers, V-move is developing the V-move Trailer Mover. This solution means that from now on, anyone can move trailers without needing a lorry driver. This saves companies up to €100,000 a year.

V-move 3100

Development of the V-move 3100 in partnership with Royal Flora Holland. This powerful electric tow tractor is ideally suited for ramps at the flower auction.

Second production site expansion

Ten years after the first expansion of our production site, we moved to a brand-new location in 2024.

V-move makes its international debut

V-move made its first appearance on the international stage. At LogiMAT 2026, our representatives introduced V-move to the global market and held discussions with potential dealers from around the world.
